WHT20 MEMS type Temperature and Humidity Sensor

    Tensensor's WHT20 series temperature and humidity sensors utilize the transistor's Vbe-temperature characteristic for high-precision temperature detection and the change in dielectric constant after moisture absorption to detect ambient humidity. These sensors incorporate the latest integrated circuit signal processing technology to create a single-chip solution.

    The WHT20 temperature and humidity sensor is housed in a reflow-resistant dual-inline flat leadless SMD package. Temperature and humidity signals can be read out on separate pins. The package measures 3.0 × 3.0 mm and is 1.0 mm high. The sensor outputs a calibrated digital signal in standard I2C format.
